Tropical Storm Isaias 'racing' across New York; more tornadoes possible
Aug. 4 (UPI) -- Tropical Storm Isaias tore inland across the mid-Atlantic early Tuesday, spreading flooding rain, damaging winds and tornadoes along and ahead of its path.
